The Tree of Life

The interplay between light and darkness is crucial for personal and collective growth. Just like a tree needs strong roots to support its branches reaching towards the light, we too need challenges and obstacles in our lives to cultivate resilience and kindness.


Instead of demonizing our experiences in the three-dimensional world, let's adopt an attitude of gratitude. Unlike certain religious perspectives that advocate leaving behind the physical body and residing solely in the realm of light (Heaven), we should embrace the idea that lightness requires darkness to fully shine. It is through facing and overcoming the darkness that we discover our true strength and power.
To bring heavenly consciousness here in the 3D realm and transcend lower vibrational behaviors (duality), we can focus on refining and elevating our lower chakras. These energy centers, associated with the physical and material aspects of our existence, are often seen as the root of our lower impulses and dualistic tendencies.
By intentionally working on these chakras, we can transform and uplift them, integrating higher vibrational qualities such as compassion, love, and interconnectedness.
